downloaded this app to my iphone july 6th. doesn’t work. everytime i attempt to open it, it says it is loading and then after a few seconds it takes me back to my home screen. i was really looking forward to using the app. now i feel like it was a waste of money and want to slander you to the end. please help!!
I purchased Marble Jar for my Iphone (8/15) and went thru the first screen of set up email and PW, then create account. It went to the first screen of jars and unfortunately I did not have time to do anything other than look at it. Now when I return to the app it immediately comes up with an empty shelf with (no jars) and I cant even create a jar. The only item under ‘settings’ is create a new password which doesnt change the empty shelf. What happened and how to I get this app to work or reset.

I write for a local Somerset magazine called parenting today, and often recommend apps that contribute towards positive parenting.
The concept of this particular app is brilliant, however it needs to do what it says it does for it to be of any benefit to parents like myself.
I sat down with my 8 year old son to set up this app.
We discussed what the goals were and what actions needed to be undertaken in order to achieve the said goal.
We spent 30 minutes doing this, and found that occasionally the first one or two actions on the list would disappear only to reappear after closing the list and reopening.
However, the biggest disappointment was the fact that it is impossible to drop the marbles into the jar! You are able to slide them left and right, but not actually drop them into the jar.
I was most upset when upon finding it was not possible to drop a marble into the jar, my son asked “Does that mean that I won’t get a new bike if I can’t fill the jar?”
First, I am sorry for your app frustration. Second I am sorry it took me two months to read your comment. I would be more than happy to refund your money if you want to email me directly at anna@winwinapps.com. I have a new developer coming on board to help with these issues and feel confident that our October version will have resolved these problems!
Double click the home button. Scroll through the bottom visual until you see marble jar. Hold down the marble jar icon until you see the – badge. tap it. This should solve the problem. Thanks
I installed Marble Jar when it was on special for free. Now, I tap on the icon, the screen says loading and then it takes me back to the home page. Any ideas on how to make it work correctly?

A tap on the marble should get it to fall in the jar. Hope this helps.
